This stylish space was inspired by the local brewhouses found on the Wilmington Boardwalk. Check your worries at the door, we take care of checkout cleaning (NO CHORE LIST FOR GUESTS!)This home comes fully equipped for your downtown adventures with friends, or a peaceful getaway with loved ones. Only a 2 min uber ride to the heart of fun nightlife in Wilmington, a private hot tub, an outdoor fire table, and the most comfortable beds you'll ever find, all within this uniquely designed atmosphere. The space The Brewhouse Loft is the perfect home-away-from-home and can accommodate up to 6 guests, and 3 pets! ($100 Fee for up to 3 furry companions). This space comes with self-check-in, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a huge private deck for entertaining. From the moment you open the door, you know you are entering an elevated space. The simple design and spacious layout boasts tons of natural lighting, and many desirable amenities. Immerse into the Wilmington downtown life style theme, with calming tones blended with wood, metal and leather pieces. In the living room, there is space for all. The deep seats and comfortable sofa and chairs provides a remarkable space for gathering and connecting. There is a smart TV ready for movie night and more. The kitchen offers a broad array of cookwear and is designed with simplicity in mind. Please open the cabinets to find the toaster, blender, utensils, and more. The custom concrete countertop bar is a great spot for having a meal, or sipping your morning coffee. Coffee and Tea: The coffee bar station is at your service! There are keurig cups available with variety of flavors for you to choose as well as tea bags, hot cocoa, and creamers. Located in the bathroom is the front load washer and dryer to use as you please. Tide pods and dryer sheets are stored within the cabinets for your convenience. Here are the bedrooms and bathrooms as you enter the home and turn left down the hall: All beds are cooling memory foam for some of the best nights of sleep you could ask for! -- Bedroom 1 : The Master bedroom presents a king bed with luxurious linens and pillows, a large closet, full length mirror, and a 32" smart TV. -- Hallway bathroom: A unique and modern styled walk in shower, laundry use, and a double vanity. You'll also find extra towels, washclothes, and hand towels. -- Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, equipped with incredibly comfortable linens and pillows, a generous closet, and a 32'' smart tv. -- Bed area 3 (Not fully Enclosed Bedroom!): This area has a room divider that provides privacy for the sleeping area here. The area Features a double bed also equipped with our incredibly comfortable linens and pillows, and 32” smart TV As you exit the back door, you will find a large private deck, with fire table and seating, to relax, entertain, and unwind in the extended space. This space has exit and entry to stairs leading to the parking space for your convenience. Guest access The entire upper unit is yours to enjoy with the exception of the locked closet located nearby the kitchen area (house supply storage). There is a large deck with a propane fire table and chairs to enjoy as well as the entire parking area in the back is designed for the upper level access! Other things to note The Brewhouse can be accessed best by parking in the rear of the home in the gravel parking area. The fenced gate will lead you up the deck stairs to the rear entrance to the Brewhouse Loft :) On the front porch the white door to the left may also be used to enter the upper level!
