This studio puts you right in the middle of it, close enough to the coast that the rhythm of the shore sets the tempo for your whole stay.   The space Set within a five-unit complex, this private studio is designed for two and built around ease of use. A smart lock lets you check in on your own schedule, and the private entrance means your stay feels genuinely self-contained. Security cameras in the shared parking area and hallway add a layer of reassurance without intruding on the experience.   Sleeping arrangements A king bed is the centerpiece of the sleeping area, made up with bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets. Clothing storage, hangers, and an iron keep things organized for however long you're staying - short escape or extended stay, the room adapts.   Living and entertainment A flat-screen TV and fast Wi-Fi with Ethernet connection handle your streaming and connectivity needs. A dedicated workspace makes remote work a real and practical option. If you're traveling with an infant, a crib is available on request.   Kitchen and dining The kitchenette is stocked for self-sufficient mornings and easy evenings in: a Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses are all within reach. Coffee is provided to start your mornings right. A two-person dining table gives every meal - whether a quick breakfast before the beach or a relaxed dinner in - a proper place to land.   Bathroom Everything you need to rinse off and reset is here: shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, a hair dryer, hot water, and cleaning products. It's a well-stocked room that takes care of itself so you don't have to think about it.   Comfort and climate Central air conditioning, central heating, a split-type ductless heating system, and a ceiling fan give you full control over the climate inside - useful when the coast decides to change its mind mid-afternoon.   Beach access and outdoor gear Shared beach access is available nearby, and the studio comes equipped to make the most of it: beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are all included. When you've had your fill of the shore, Avenida Del Mar's dining and shopping strip is right there to extend the day.   Parking and practicalities Free on-premises parking includes a designated space for your unit. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Essentials - towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper - are ready from the moment you arrive. Additional details Long term stays are allowed for 28 days or more. Guests have access to their specific UNIT 1 of the complex. Unit 1 is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible! Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!) Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. Please bring your own beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas to use during your stay. We provide beach towels. We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
