Other things to note We apologize, but this property is not pet friendly. Upon arrival guests will be provided with at least a 5 day supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, ext. After that supply runs out it is up to the guest to stock the home with what is needed for their stay. Resident IDs will give you the same access as guest passes, plus the ability to make tee times, complimentary golf at the executive courses, and use sports pools. To get a resident pass guests must be 55+ with photo ID. Resident IDs cost $50 for two (Only two are allowed per The Villages rules.) However, We will happily cover the cost of getting the ID for your convenience (For stays of 28 days or longer). Pick-Up will be at the Brownwood Sales and Information office after you check in (will provide additional information after booking) The following information is needed no later than 3 days before arrival for Resident IDs: Full names, phone numbers, email addresses, and home addresses.
