The space The newly renovated Back Porch Lodge consists of a 3000 square foot 4 bedroom, 3 bath log home on 5+ acres, a pool and hot tub with pool house and bathroom, huge outdoor fire pit, (firewood provided) barn, ample parking and creek access! Only 8 miles from downtown Nashville, but country Tennessee living at its best! Sleeps 12 in beds! Pool open April through October (weather dependent) and hot tub open year round! Game Barn now open... Games include Pool, Shuffleboard, Golden Tee, Ping Pong, Darts, Cornhole, and tons of other games! New Basement Additions - Lounge, Casino and Gaming Room with multiple gaming systems! Inquire about small events, corporate retreats, extended rentals, weddings, etc. Ample parking for large vehicles and PETS WELCOME! Permit #2023022300 Guest access Guests will have full access to the cabin, pool, pool house and cabana, GAME BARN, creek, parking, etc. Other things to note There is a minimum $1000 fine for unauthorized events. We’re happy to discuss event options but please check with us before booking if you plan on having any type of event where additional guests will be on property. Pets are welcome & our pet fee is $150 per pet per visit. For example: 3 pets = $450
