Welcome to our cottage! This newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex is centrally located within a short drive of downtown Kingsport and a quick 5 minute walk to Holston Valley Medical Center. The home features a fully updated kitchen with a cozy eat-in area, a custom full bath, and two bedrooms. A porch complete with seating, twinkle lights, and a grill is available for relaxing on a warm evening. A smart TV is provided for guests to log onto their favorite streaming service. The space This cozy duplex has a newly remodeled eat-in kitchen with brand new appliances, tile backsplash, and a table with seating for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with supplies for cooking, and guests are welcome to help themselves to coffee and snacks from the coffee bar. Please note that this home does not come with a dishwasher! The living room is bright and sunny with a large full length window and plenty of seating. High speed internet is available, as well as a 50 inch Roku TV. Guests may use their accounts to login into their favorite streaming service. The full bathroom has a tub with tile surround and is equipped with towels, a hair dryer, and extra toiletries. Our home has two bedrooms, one with a full-sized bed and the other with a queen bed. Each room has closets, and the queen room has a chest of drawers available for guests who would like to unpack. Guests are also welcome to enjoy our covered patio, which boasts an outdoor sofa, twinkle lights and a grill. A washer and dryer is also available for guests. The gravel driveway can accommodate 2-3 vehicles.
