Our unit is located in the Wanskuck neighborhood of Providence, a convenient location that leaves you just steps from the city-life. We welcome both short & long term rentals. Travel nurses & corporate travelers are always welcome and will appreciate the high-speed Wifi that delivers download speeds over 500 Mbps! ✺Our fully stocked kitchen boasts new high-end appliances, including a stove, fridge, and dishwasher. You'll find everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including pots, pans, utensils, and spices. A ninja blender is readily available so that no smoothie gets left behind. Your morning will also feature a Chemex pour-over glass coffee maker with Trader Joe's dark roasted coffee. The Kettle will be on the stove. Organic Green Tea will also be available. The kitchen flows seamlessly into our cozy living room, which features a 55-inch smart TV and a complete chess set that doubles as a backgammon set for some added fun. We've also stuffed board games and other gadgets in the entertainment console like Jenga blocks and a Kendama! ✺The bathroom and kitchen are spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of room for you to move around and get ready in the morning. The bathroom comes loaded with towels, a hair dryer, a flat iron, a curl iron, and other bathroom essentials. The Kitchen also has a new toaster, new non-melt cooking utensils, and a new knife set. ①The master bedroom is zebra-themed and features a king-sized memory foam bed with blackout curtains and a weighted blanket for the perfect night's sleep. The room holds a sleek white desk topped with tempered glass and a small vanity mirror for either doing work or getting ready. You'll also enjoy a 50-inch 4K Roku TV, so that you can unwind after a long day with your dimmable zebra lamp. The zebra lamp can be used for its multiple outlets or usb port. The lamp on the desk dims as well. Early night? Set the tone with both lamps on their dimmest shade. The Master room closet holds an iron, iron board, hdmi/ethernet cables, a vacuum, and a couple sweepers if needed. ②The second bedroom has an XL twin trundle bed that pulls out for a double bed, making it perfect for families or groups. The dimmable smart lamp in this room can be used to wirelessly charge your phone. And you guessed it... the wall lamps in this room are dimmable too. This room has two nightstands and a desk for needed storage. The closet of this room also holds extra pillows, comforters, and blankets. ③ The third and last bedroom has a full-sized bed and an XL twin-sized bed, with no shortage of pillows. This room features a 43-inch HDTV with an Amazon Fire TV stick, as well as a bookshelf filled with a wide variety of genres for our daily readers. This room has a dresser for storage and a lamp that will make you feel right at home! If the 6th mattress is needed, an XL twin sized mattress is in the closet of this room.
