There are two bedrooms, one with king bed, one with queen bed, a hide-a-bed queen sleeper and full size fold up bed in living room. Two full bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Coffee, tea, sugar, oil and other condiments on site. There is an extra drive way for boat parking. Pets are not allowed. There will be a $250.00 per unauthorized pet. Guest will be evicted. The space This cozy home looks out over Lee Fong Park right in the middle of Weaverville. Deer and other wildlife often visit. There is a creek nearby. This is a great central location to explore Northern California. We are 20 minutes away from beautiful Trinity Lake, 30 minutes away from Whiskeytown Lake and an hour to Shasta Lake. We are two hours to the Pacific Ocean. Fishing abounds in the nearby Trinity River. Hiking and biking trails surround the Weaver Basin. There is a tv with streaming access , Amazon Prime and Netflix but no cable. There is an extra driveway for boat parking. This is a pet free property. There will be a $250.00 charge for unauthorized pets and guest’s reservation will be canceled without refund. Guest access You have access to the entire house except for one closet and garage. All bedding, towels, dishes and cookware are provided. We keep flour, sugar, spices, oil and other basic cooking needs in the pantry for your use. Other things to note We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the house, this includes vaping. Pets are not allowed . There are cameras at the front door facing the street and driveway looking out onto the street. There is a camera at the back entrance and on the back of the house looking towards the back gate. There are no cameras inside the house or facing the house that monitor anything inside the house. No cameras can see or hear anything inside the home. The cameras are motion sensing and record both audio and video. The videos are kept for 30 days then automatically destroyed. We do not monitor the cameras during your stay but footage is available if a problem should arise. Tampering with or turning off the cameras or wi-fi will be cause for cancellation of the reservation and removal from property. This is a pet free property. There will be a $250.00 fee per unauthorized pets. The guest’s reservation will be canceled with no refund.
