Other things to note We reside in a home on the property about 50 years away, and share a driveway with the apartment. You will most likely encounter our quiet and friendly dog, Rio, on the premises. There is minimal cell signal here although there is WIFI. On-site babysitter available for $20/hr if booked ahead of time. Please, do NOT let our dog, Rio, inside the apartment . No smoking inside the apartment, please. If place is left a mess or an unapproved pet is brought, an additional minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be charged. Again, YOU MUST HAVE AWD + SNOWS FOR WINTER BOOKINGS. I will not refund if you have booked and cannot access the apartment because your car is unable to make it up the hill.
