I allow 10 people at the house for families that want to be together, however please don't book this house if you think it's designed to sleep 10 people. There are 3 bedrooms with 3 beds, you will be setting the additional beds up yourself unless you ask me to set them up for you and I would be happy to! Single family, two story home.
