You will be welcomed by a bright and airy living space, filled with natural light. The living area features cute dutch doors that lead to a charming shared outdoor area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or soaking up the sun. The full kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The unit also includes its own washer and dryer, making laundry a breeze. The unit consists of two comfortable bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. The beautifully renovated bathroom is a sanctuary, featuring modern fixtures & a refreshing ambiance. Located in the heart of Manhattan Beach, you'll be just steps from the beach, the famous Manhattan Beach Strand, and vibrant dining options. Whether you're here for a beach getaway or to explore the city of Los Angeles, this unit provides the ideal retreat for your stay. Amenities: - Full kitchen with oven range, dishwasher, Refrigerator & Microwave - Queen size beds in each bedroom - In-suite free washer and dryer - Smart TV - Free Wifi - Shared outdoor space + small private balcony - One parking spot in a 2 car garage (Will fit only small to medium vehicles. The garage door is low so tall vehicles such as SUVs may not be able to fit. Larger vehicles will need to use street parking which may be difficult to find in the neighborhood) Assigned Parking: RIGHT SIDE of garage (marked “B” on the floor) Dimensions : 68”H x 7’6”W x 14’D. Please note the height of the garage and plan accordingly. This is a 2nd floor unit. A video walkthrough of the property is viewable via the link and QR code in one of our photos. Other things to note The Manhattan beach TOT 14% tax on our property is included automatically during guest check out, after July 01, 2023. Property Notes: -There is a unit located on the 1st floor. While we've taken steps to minimize sound transfer, guests may occasionally hear sounds from neighboring units, which is typical in multi-unit buildings. Cleaning services are conducted prior to guest check-in only. Mid-stay cleanings can be scheduled based upon availability for an additional cleaning fee equal to the cleaning fee initially paid. If you would like to schedule a mid-stay cleaning, please let us know in advance. No Smoking or Vaping Policy: Please be advised that for the enjoyment of our community, smoking of any type is strictly prohibited in the unit or anywhere on the premises. We reserve the right to charge a penalty cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500 (based on the size of the unit) to any individual found smoking. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation. This is a smoke-free property in compliance with the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance. Smoking is not permitted in the units, on balconies or decks, or along the beach and Strand Boardwalk. Reminder: We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the property is found to be excessively dirty after check-out. This fee starts at $250 and may increase depending on the time and cleaning supplies required by our cleaners. We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies. We're unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, however, the standard check-in time for this unit will apply. We would like to inform you that there is a shared laundry facility available in the garage. Should you need to use it, feel free to do so at your convenience. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of others using the shared spaces. Also, we have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements. Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases. We kindly request that you refrain from sending mail or deliveries to our property, as we neither have a mailbox nor provide access for such items. For packages, please direct them to the nearest post office for collection. For food deliveries, please make sure to meet the delivery person to confirm that you received the order. Please note that we accept no responsibility for any lost or misplaced deliveries.
