Whether you're looking for culture or the great outdoors, its all just close by. Great price in exchange for watering our garden and our adorable chickens each day! The space You'll have the whole house - a 2,300 square foot Greek Revival cottage built in 1843. Spread out with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms plus a large kitchen/dining space, a living room and a study. Guest access You'll have sole access to the entire house, driveway and yard during your stay. Other things to note Chickens. We have seven endlessly entertaining chickens (Pinta, Grindylow, Mayflower, Rutabaga, Buckbeak, Vel, and Hercules) in a back yard coop. As part of your stay, we ask you to give them fresh water daily and check in on their food - and collect and eat their eggs as you like! Chicken chores will require approximately 10 minutes per day. We'd also like you to water the garden and greenhouse as necessary, which may take 30 minutes.
