Escape to Worth the Coast Beach House, a stunning 2100+ sq. ft. retreat in Florida’s hidden coastal gem. With a private in-law suite, garage stocked with beach gear, bikes, and a golf cart, you’ll have everything for the ultimate getaway. Sip coffee on the porch overlooking the tranquil pond, feel the ocean breeze by a beach bonfire, or explore charming local shops. Relaxation, fun, and connection await you here. The space This is not just your basic 4 bedroom, 3 bath house. With over 2100 square feet of space, the layout allows you to enjoy being together with your entire large group, or close the door to the separate "in-law suite" to enjoy privacy away from the crowd - complete with a bedroom and bath, living area, and fully equipped kitchen. The main area, furnished with a custom table and dining space provides ample seating for 10 people. You will also enjoy the large sofa in the living area as you stream movies from your streaming apps on the 65" Smart TV. Another option is to relax in the swing chair near the back window and enjoy the view of what we like to call the "Tranquil Pond" located behind the house. The back porch is yet another option to sit and relax as the day winds down. On summer weekends, from here you can hear the live music playing in the distance at the Mercantile as they host talented local artists for the community to enjoy. When you open the garage door, you'll find a room full of "bonus" items to make your stay more enjoyable. Whether it's kayaking, paddleboarding, bike riding, ping pong, or quickly getting to the town center/beach on the golf cart, you will find complimentary amenities to enjoy your activity of choice. Guest access Guests will have the entire house to themselves, as well as use of the community heated pool, beach, boardwalks and access to shops, restaurants, and gym (with the purchase of a daily/weekly pass). Other things to note Port Saint Joe is located in the Eastern time zone; however, we are only a few miles from the central time zone border. Cell phones sometimes switch back and forth between the time zones so we like to bring this to our guests attention. Boats and trailers are NOT allowed in driveways or any parking lots in the community; however, there are local marinas and boat storage options near by. (America's Storage, Captains Cove Marina and Boat Yard Storage are a few) Community Amenity Closures (pool, playground, restaurants, etc.) are not within our control and do not result in a refund. Occasionally the pool is closed for maintenance or emergency cleaning and cannot be helped.
