The space Overlooking 10acres of manicured orchard and bushland,the home is part of a luxury barn conversion,set over 2 levels. The open plan living area incorporates a fully equipped kitchen,lounge area with woodfire and 75in smart tv,and a nook with comfy leather chair and desk.Generously sized,the bathroom is luxuriously appointed,quality towels included. Head up the stairs to be welcomed by a panoramic view to the valley and beyond. The king bed warmed by duck down quilt,awaits. Outside near an ancient turkish fig tree is the firepit area, for convenience theres an electric bbq. Guest access All areas of the farm are open for you to roam,wander and picnic. Access to the remaining barn/shed area from where I conduct my orcharding operation is by permission only. Property access is controlled by electric gates,to which you will have a remote. Other things to note The property is a fully operational farm and I sell most of the fruit by "pick your own". The harvest extends from November to April. The shed is used as my sales area at this time of year. This is a hectic time of year as I open most days (9am to 4pm) for picking and guests need to be aware that at times there will be public pickers and people buying fruit on the property.
