This property is STUNNING and centrally located, close to beach and not far from Downtown Charleston. 4 level home, a perfect space for anyone in between a sell and new purchase, traveling medical professionals, those who are traveling and work from home or families trying out a new locale. Additional loft bedroom upstairs, Guest feedback has been wonderful! Perfect location for an active social calendar or those seeking some quiet after work! There is a queen bedroom on 1st floor, 2 twin beds in one bedroom on 3rd floor and another bedroom with a king bed on that floor as well. The 4th floor has the following: a double bed futon, a separate twin roll out bed and we do have a double size an air mattress up there as well. Please note: we have a grill at the property and there is a community grill available as well. We kindly request guests please pick up after their pets and assist us by taking the trash cans down to driveway Sunday and Wednesday evenings.
