Sun-drenched 2nd floor apartment in a lively and walkable neighbourhood of Koreatown. The space Our apartment is located on a cute, residential street in Koreatown. It's bright and breezy! The apartment has a great kitchen for cooking, dining table for meals and laptop work. The apartment gets great natural light all times of the day which makes it very comfortable to stay indoors with all the windows open hanging out or doing work. The living room is cozy both day and night and you'll have access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime, HBO, etc. We have a home stereo as well as an Echo ("Alexa") Bluetooth speaker for playing music or audio. Our apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 2-story building (8 units total). The front door to the building locks automatically. You will have a key to both the building door and the apartment door. Guest access You will have access to Kitchen with dining area, Living room, Bathroom and Bedroom. Other things to note Important Note: Our listing is most-suited for guests who plant to use Uber/Lyft services or public transit to explore the city. Additionally, our neighborhood is great to explore by foot. For those who would like to use public transit, we are a ten minute walk from the Vermont/Beverly Subway station. While there is street parking available, it can be very competitive to find parking in our neighborhood during peak hours (after 3pm it becomes increasingly difficult to find non-permit, evening and overnight parking). We want to stress the parking limitations to any potential guests as to avoid any frustration during your stay. Guests will be sent a detailed House Manual which will include a map with parking tips and best practices for our neighborhood . We are a CAR-LESS household so we mainly use car-sharing services (Uber and Lyft) in our everyday lives in L.A. These services are VERY widely used in Los Angeles and offer cheaper rates than most American cities. The driver scoops you up and drops you off hassle-free and you won't ever have to search for parking in L.A or worry about parking tickets! Uber and Lyft also offer "Pool/Shared" options where you carpool with other passengers. These take a little longer but are even cheaper than regular cars.
