Welcome to our Modern Snohomish Farmhouse! Nestled on 3+ private acres of stunning landscape just minutes from Historic Downtown. This is our personal residence that we lovingly open up to guests while we're away. Please make yourself at home and enjoy the modern amenities, spacious living area, sauna & serene large yard - and don't forget to say "Hi" to the chickens! We want you to have a memorable & enjoyable experience, making the most of everything our home & surrounding area have to offer! The space Our home is an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, offering a tranquil setting on 3+ acres of lush greenery, a large yard, and surrounded by mature evergreen trees. Inside, our home offers an open-concept kitchen and living room, creating the ideal space for family gatherings, friend getaways, or a romantic weekend with your special someone. The kitchen is a foodie's dream, equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances and even a Keurig with K-Cups provided, so you can start your day with a delightful cup of joe. The primary bedroom boasts a memory foam King bed, offering fantastic views of the towering evergreens. The second bedroom, with its cozy Queen-size bed, is just across the hall. Both the full bath and half bath are conveniently located on the first floor. Downstairs, and you'll find a junior-suite with a Queen bed, plus an additional living room with a comfy couch and TV – perfect for some downtime entertainment. Just a little heads up – the basement ceilings are only 6'4" tall. Taller guests might have to watch their heads. But don't worry, the cozy vibes make up for it! The washer and drier are also located downstairs, and there is a laundry shoot from the top floor so you don't have to carry down your dirty laundry! Outside, you'll find a few outdoor eating areas, a fire pit with 4 adirondack chairs for those cozy evenings, and some fun activities like corn hole and even your very own Frisbee Golf hole (frisbees provided!). We have a 4-person sauna located in the backyard, with a full-glass door giving you peaceful views into the woods. Our adorable chickens would love to say hello, but please keep them in their coop. We're just minutes away from Historic Downtown Snohoimsh, and it's a breeze to get to us from Hwy 9, Hwy 2, and I-5. Convenience and tranquility – a perfect combo!
