Tracy-on-sea

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Tracy is located in the heart of the old Groot-Jongensfontein (Jongensfontein proper) You can fall asleep with the sound of rolling waves and wake up with ever changing breathtaking views of the sun showing face over the sea at dawn. You can swim, surf, braai and do some angling, all in front of Tracy. All of this within a beautiful environment where fresh waters run from under the hills, into the sea for ages. The space Tracy-on-sea is a fully equipped 4 bedroom house.....smart TV and DSTV connections, brand new electric oven with gas burners, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, Bosch refrigerator/fridge and an additional box fridge) Brand new beds (cloud 9) and bedding. Clean linen will be provided with dovets, pillows. Washing machine in the double garage. One door is remote controlled. An outside braai at the back of house to be used in the few instances where the braai pit in front (at the sea side) cannot be utilized due to the weather. Armed response alarm system with panic buttons. Stoep in front at sea side. A stove in the lounge to weather the cold in winter... Tracy is honestly one of the best spots at Jongensfontein and has been in the family since 1978. Guest access The entire house and double garage is at the disposal of my guests. Other things to note Tracy has unobstructed views on the sea, due to the fact that she is located in the street closest to the sea, with an open zoned plot next to her. Lots of interesting activity is going on in front of Tracy, eg. fishing, surfing, swimming.
