The space This is not a typical rental. We spend much of the year here ourselves, and every room was designed with care, comfort, and connection in mind. Guests routinely tell us it is the cleanest and most thoughtfully appointed home they have stayed in, including compared to luxury hotels. The downstairs King suite means grandparents do not have to climb a single stair. The two master suites are on separate floors so couples and parents get real privacy. The open-concept kitchen and living spaces let grandparents stay in the action without doing the work. Many of our guests tell us this is the only Davenport home where they could comfortably host the whole family. 🍽️ Living and Kitchen Areas Fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need to cook for ten Large dining table plus breakfast bar Open-concept living room with 85" TV that connects directly to the patio Outdoor dining and lounge area with a 65" TV (great for game day or sports while the kids swim) 🎮 Entertainment and Extras Private game room with 3 Xbox consoles (set up for side-by-side play), gaming recliners, pool table, and a classic Pac-Man arcade Private screened pool and spa with water view and lounge seating TVs in every room High-capacity washer and dryer 💻 Built for Longer Stays and Remote Work Many of our guests use the home as a base for one to several weeks. Two upstairs workstations with proper desk ergonomic chairs and task lighting. Gigabit fiber internet (tested at 549 Mbps over wifi). Publix, Target, and Aldi all within a 10-minute drive. We have hosted guests for multi-week and multi-month stays and the home holds up beautifully for both. 🌴 Beyond the Parks Some of our happiest guests never set foot in a theme park. They wake up, do laps in the screened pool, walk to the lazy river, hit the resort restaurant, and come home. Disney and Universal are 20 to 30 minutes away when you want them, and the home is far enough from the chaos when you do not. 🏖️ Solterra Resort Access (Optional) The clubhouse is a real resort and includes a lazy river, resort pool, tennis and pickleball courts, beach volleyball, cabana, restaurant, and fitness center. A one-time $35 + tax per family amenity fee gives your group full access for the duration of your stay, paid directly at the clubhouse. We provide about 20 beach towels at the home for your use at the resort. Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the clubhouse or clubhouse pool area. 🔥 Optional Pool and Spa Heating Florida winters are cooler than people expect, and a heated pool with dedicated spa can transform the experience during chilli days. Pool & Spa heating is charge as follows: $40 per day (3 day minimum) $200 per week $500 per month When activated, the pool heats to approximately 88°F and the spa to approximately 98°F. Please request in advance so we can have it ready for your arrival. 🔐 Smart, Self Check In Personalized smart lock code sent before arrival. Check in after 4 PM, check out before 10 AM. 🚫 House Rules This home is built for families and respectful groups who want to relax and reconnect. To protect the home and our neighbors: No parties or events of any kind No smoking anywhere on the property No pets or animals due to severe allergy in our family No outdoor music or noise after 9 PM Primary renter must be at least 28 years old (per local ordinance) Maximum 10 guests in total; 8 adults (max) + kids 🚗 A Word on Parking and Traffic The community is gated and quiet, which is part of why guests love it. Traffic in and out of the gate can move slowly during peak Disney hours, so we suggest planning ahead. We send detailed parking instructions before arrival so you know exactly where to pull in at our private driveway (fits only 2 cars or 2 SUVs or pickups/vans) Guest access Access code through Smart Lock NO parties or events allowed NO SMOKING Allowed in the property NO PETS Please respect your neighbour.
