The space Country house and beach located in the exclusive Playa Del Carmen Condominium at km 204 Panamericana Sur (new road) in Chincha, 30 minutes from Paracas. - It has 4 comfortable and spacious rooms, all with full bathroom and mosquito nets: 1st: 1 king size bed, full bathroom with 2 sinks, and a 50” TV 2nd: 1 queen bed, 2 full beds and full bathroom + 50” TV 3rd: 1 queen bed, 2 full beds and full bathroom 4th: 1 bunk bed with two full beds and full bathroom With your comfort in mind, we provide: - Bed linens and towels. - Cleaning service every (approximately 4 hours) - Fully equipped BBQ area with Kamado, grill and minibar. - Large garden with campfire area. - Pool inspired by an Oasis. - It has a work area and high-speed Wi-Fi. We are pet friendly 🐾 The Condominium has a very warm and quiet sea, as well as common areas such as a swimming pool, sports courts and games for children and adults (pool table, hand football, ping pong). It is rented for a minimum of 2 nights, it is a family house, parties are not allowed. Other things to note Common areas: • Sports area: Soccer field, basketball, tennis, fronton and volleyball.  A 1-minute walk from the house. • Club house: Adult pool and children's pool with armchairs and umbrellas. Children's play area. Ponds with large green areas.
