Your Aces at Kings Mountain Private King Suite is perfect for a weekend get-a-way to visit the newly established Catawba Two Kings Casino (just 2.8 miles away) or to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Charlotte Metro area (34 miles away) and spend time at Crowders Mountain or Kings Mountain State Parks, Hike the Gateway Trail, visit Veronet Vineyards or kayak on Moss Lake (8 miles away) . Minutes from the Duke Energy Training Center and local hospitals. The space This suite is approximately 290 sqft with its own exterior access and parking space. Large private bathroom with rainfall shower head, 43" wall mounted TV with Netflix, Disney, Sling, Hulu, & Peacock streaming. Two chaise lounge chairs for reading or relaxing, farmhouse style floating bar top with two stools and a floating bookshelf. You will have a small 3 drawer dresser, two wall-mounted racks for clothing, Keurig coffee center, mini refrigerator, and microwave. While this area has separate outside access you will notice two doors to our main home that will remain locked from both sides for the duration of your stay. Noise will be kept to a minimum from our end. Guest access Access to a Private King Bedroom Suite and shower bath has its own access via exterior door from parking area. There is a Keurig coffee center, mini refrigerator, and microwave in the suite along with coffee, bottled water and snacks. You are welcome to enjoy our patio to dine or sip coffee and feel free to speak to us about firepit use! While you are staying in a suite attached to our main home, you will notice two interior doors within the unit and they remain locked at ALL times from both sides for the duration of your stay. Other things to note *Please be aware that our house is home to two young children and that during the day when they are home, there is sometimes some noise from them that is common to kids. So, if you are a light afternoon napper, this might not be the place for you. Normal activity can be expected from 8 AM to 9 PM. But rest assured, we’ve told our kids that for every positive review we receive they get an allowance bonus and our kids love their allowances!! *No smoking/Vaping or anything like it in or near the house. *Unfortunately, due to bad experiences allowing Pets in the unit, we no longer can accept. To be fair, it was the owners fault and NOT the pets fault but nevertheless we can't take the chance again. Service animals are not considered pets and therefore allowed. Please note a service animal is a dog or miniature horse that’s individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with disabilities.
