Windmill with sauna

Meela farm accommodation is a great, cozy and quiet place to stay for up to 17 people. Meelase Tuuliku experience accommodation is a sustainable, nature-friendly accommodation based on Estonian culture and heritage, with a sauna house. Tuulik has 3 beds on the ground floor and 2 beds on the first floor. The sauna house has a kitchen corner with everything you need, a steam room and a shower room. Use of the sauna is included in the price. Outside of the house there is a terrace and a large dining table with a roof. The toilet is located in a separate house. The space Meelase windmill was built in 1906 and renovated in the autumn of 2019 and adapted for accommodation in 2022/2023. Located 12 km from Kuressaare city. The windmill has a total of 5 beds, the ground floor has beds of 140 cm and 80 cm, i.e. beds for 3 people, a console table, a small refrigerator. On the second floor we have preserved a millstone from the cultural heritage and there are 2 sleeping places. The room has a large opening window with a railing. The entire windmill is electrified and illuminated even in the dark to create coziness on summer evenings outdoors. On the first floor of the windmill there is an air heat pump, from which both warm and cold air can be obtained if necessary. The windmill is surrounded by a semicircular terrace with a dining table with 5 chairs and two bean bag chairs. Parking is available right at the mill. Near the mill there is a large dining table with a roof, with ceiling lighting and a cast iron grill, where you can grill as well as cook in a cast iron pot. You have to buy your own charcoal. Heating with wood is prohibited. Next to the dining table is a boardwalk that leads to the sauna house. The sauna house is about 8m from the dining table. There is a well-equipped kitchen, sitting area, shower room and steam room. The wood is located in a wood shed near the house. In front of the sauna house there is also a terrace with bar chairs and a chill area with terrace borders. The toilet/outdoor toilet is located near the sauna house. The entire territory has a well-equipped wifi connection. Separate entrance and private accommodation.
