Escape to Oak Hollow vacation rental in Moneta, VA on Smith Mountain Lake. This 3BR, 2BA house sleeps 6 guests. Enjoy a private dock for fishing or swimming in crystal-clear waters. Relax on the back deck with stunning mountain views. The large wooded lot offers plenty of outdoor space to explore. The space Inside, the house is tastefully decorated and features all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The living room is spacious and inviting, with large windows that allow in plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher. There is a dining area that seats six, as well as a breakfast bar. The three bedrooms are all comfortably furnished and feature a variety of bed sizes to accommodate all guests. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the master bedroom has a king size bed, and there is a room that has a twin over twin bunk bed and a twin over full bunk bed. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made in the living room, where there is a sofa bed. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer for guests to use. Guest access All areas of the house, decks, and dock are open for access to guests. The dock available for use by renters and their guests for sun-bathing and swimming, there is space for renters to dock their own boat. The boat lift will be used by the property owners occasionally and the rental does not include use of the owner's garage, boat, or boat lift. The house has a propane grill, it is in the garage and is unlocked. -You may use the dock to tie up your boat Other things to note Door keypad is located on the front door of the house Trash is picked up on Thursday's, so if your stay includes a Thursday, please put the trash can at the end of the driveway for trash collection. There is a propane grill available for your use, it is located in the garage. -Propane (for grill use): 1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house. 2.If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill. 3. If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it. 4. We DO NOT provide propane refills. From the back of the house to the dock is about 40 yards with a 10ft incline fire table takes propane Coffee maker takes pods and grinds Cannot get to the back porch from the bedrooms, have to go through the downstairs living room- Dogs are allowed but must be included on listing and pet fee must be paid. Limited to 2 dogs maximum. Dogs must be kept on-leash at all times when outdoors. - Pets allowed with additional $100 pet fee. -Friends are allowed to come and visit as long as the only ones sleeping at the home are on the reservation. -Kayak is NOT for guest use. - Coffee Maker (Keurig) We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please message us before arrival with any severe allergies so we can confirm whether accommodations are possible. -To allow us the opportunity to assist promptly, we kindly ask that any issues or concerns at the property be reported during your stay whenever possible. Issues reported after check-out may not be entertained. -Please note that during the summer months, non-venomous black snakes may occasionally be present around the property due to the natural environment. While they are generally harmless, we would like to make you aware for your comfort and safety. -The lake level is extremely low right now, and we were informed this is the lowest it has been in the area since 1977. Unfortunately, this is affecting multiple lakefront properties in the area, and it is completely outside of our control. We know the lake is one of the main reasons guests book this home, so we wanted to be upfront with you before your stay. You are still very welcome to proceed with the reservation, but we completely understand if this changes your plans. Lost Item Return Policy: If you leave an item behind and would like us to ship it back to you, a return fee will apply to cover the handling and shipping process. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have left an item at the property.
