The location is quiet at night and allows you to rest without problems, and the apartment is ideal for spending a holiday immersed in the true heart of the city and having breakfast in the sun among the majolica tiles that I have chosen one by one! The oak parquet flooring adds a warm and stylish touch. Stay cool in the summer with air conditioning and cozy up in the winter with radiator heating. The bedroom is a quiet space, featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed (200x160). One of the highlights of the apartment is the terrace. Just head up the stairs from the living room to find a peaceful, private spot with views over the rooftops of Palermo, great for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening drink. You can use the building's entrance hall to safely store bicycles if needed. There's also a shared laundry room on the ground floor, equipped with a washing machine for your convenience. Other things to note The apartment is located on the second floor, and like most buildings in the historic center, there is no elevator! Palermo can be quite lively and noisy both day and night.
