The space (85 m2) is located in a green estate of eight acres, 2 minutes walk from the sea, in a quiet village (Sergoulas Beach) of the Corinthian Gulf. Belonging to a privately owned country house, it is self-contained with an independent entrance, terrace and space for parking. The space It can accommodate up to 5 people, has two bedrooms (one room with a double bed / one room with two single beds), a living room (with two sofas - one turns into a single bed), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and BBQ. The space has window screens on all doors/windows. It is located in a fenced estate, mainly with olive trees, but also with figs, lemons, oranges, tangerines, mulberry trees... Towards the sea it has a view of tall plane trees, while from the back it has a view of the mountain. The place is ideal for families, as well as for visitors looking for relaxation in a peaceful natural environment. The residence is located at a distance of about 10 minutes on foot from the center of the village, which has a bakery, taverns, cafe, bar. In the next village (2 km) you will find a supermarket, butcher and pharmacy. The area is also suitable for day trips to the neighboring villages, hiking in the surrounding mountains and the beautiful small river of the village. Crossing its gorge, you will come across small waterfalls and stalactites, while the more daring can dive into its icy waters. During the summer months, there are daily boat trips to Trizonia, the picturesque island that is 5 minutes from the nearest village (3 km). For walks, entertainment, sports activities or shopping, you can also choose more distant destinations such as the historic Nafpaktos (26 km), the villages of mountainous Nafpaktia where you can try rafting on the Evinos river (60 km) and the picturesque Galaxidi (46 km). You can also cross the Rio-Antirrio bridge to reach Patras (50 km). If you have more time, you can visit the archaeological site of Delphi (90 km), or continue to the winter destination of Arachova (99 km) and the ski resort of Parnassos (120 km). Other things to note The internet speed in the area is relatively low and is not recommended if you need to upload or download large files. The space remains cool in the summer months as it is airy, high-ceilinged, with a wooden roof and has air conditioning units in the two bedrooms, but not in the living room. In the space you will find books and games for all ages. Pets are allowed only outside the accommodation. The washing machine is in a shared storage area. Smoking is not allowed indoors.
