Come stay with us and forget the hassles of pulling a camper or tenting it at the lake. The space PET FREE. Very comfortable 3 bedroom, 1 bath home that sleeps up to 7. All bedroom lamps are equipped with usb ports. Newly remodeled kitchen with new gas range, dishwasher, counters, backsplash, sink & faucet. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, utensils, and dishes with complimentary snacks. The kitchen also offers usb ports on the power outlets. A coffee & tea bar, with a new keurig is located in the kitchen. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with new vanity, sink, shower, toilet, and faucets. The Kottage is on a well & septic system so our guests need to be aware of our water consumption rules. Only registered guest of the Kottage are allowed to use the shower & washing machine. We request the use of the washing machine be kept to a minimum. Also included with this listing is a propane grill, and adequate parking for boats & vehicles. Wi-Fi, a smart tv, games & puzzles can be found within the home.
