The apartment is located on the 9th, top floor, in a new iconic building with a modern design, next to the “ Primorsky Park”. Minutes away is our seaside garden and promenade, where you can enjoy beautiful beaches and lovely restaurants with stunning sea views. If you prefer to cook your own home, you have Kaufland and Park Marta, a gourmet supermarket, where a gym, a hair salon, and a massage studio are also located. The space Apartment Luxory Vision has a modern concept with its own style. A cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. High-end appliances. A coffee maker and hot water kettle, as well as all necessary household dishes, cups, and dining service. A compliment to our guests is provided with coffee, tea, and mineral water. We offer a secured parking space with 24/7 security. Other things to note We created this cozy with love and care, and we'd love for every guest to behave with care and take care of their own. • Check-in is usually fixed at 3:00 pm; check-out at 11:00 am. Please observe them unless otherwise agreed. • A crib is available upon request, at a rate of 20 EUR per stay. • A high chair is available upon request, at a rate of 10 EUR per stay. • Quiet hours between 2pm - 4pm and 10pm- 8am Please be so kind as to respect the neighbors and make no noise.
