The places shared between the 2 villas are the swimming pool, terrace and BBQ. This accommodation is a new construction from March 2023. Ideal for large families or groups of friends. Each house can accommodate up to 6 people. We have 1 bedroom with a King bed as well as another bedroom with 2 Queen beds, full kitchen, full bathroom, dining room and living room. The terrace, swimming pool and BBQ are shared between the 2 houses. These places are also located between the 2 houses. We also have an alarm system as well as surveillance cameras for travelers’ peace of mind. Each house has access to the swimming pool, terrace and shared BBQ. We are available at all times to welcome you. You can communicate with us through Airbnb. Someone will be available to open the door for you upon arrival and give you a warm welcome. We are located in Bosques del Lago in a completely peaceful, noise-free and safe area. The monkeys live in front of the houses. You will find a few convenience stores/grocery stores within a 5-minute drive. You will also find several good restaurants there, including one which is a 5-minute walk away. Carrillo is the dream place for those who want to rest, recharge their batteries and admire nature. Samara is 10 minutes away if you want to do more activities. The car is strongly recommended to be able to visit several places. The beach is 1.5km from the accommodation. Parking can accommodate up to 3 cars. This area is under development, you may hear a little construction noise during your stay but nothing that will prevent you from having a very pleasant stay.
