For your peace of mind, we have installed an alarm system and security cameras, which only face the parking area. Guest access You'll have access to the entire villa, as well as shared spaces: swimming pool, terrace, and BBQ. Free parking is available on site. Other things to note Access to the villa is via a gravel road, but it’s easy to drive on — no 4x4 needed once you arrive in the Bosques del Lago neighborhood. WiFi and air conditioning are included for optimal comfort. The beaches are just a short drive away, but we recommend having a car to fully explore the area. 🐾 Pets are welcome! Just make sure to include them in your booking so we can prepare accordingly. 🌿 Nestled at the foot of a mountain in a very quiet residential area, peace and tranquility are part of the Casa Bendición experience. Sound travels easily here, even at low volume. 👉 For this reason, we ask all guests to keep music and loud voices down after 8:00 PM, even though local regulations allow noise until 10:00 PM. No loud parties are permitted. Casa Bendición is the perfect place to rest, recharge, and reconnect with nature.
