The Bothy is a cosy annexe to our farmhouse. It is a lovely one bedroom (king sized bed) barn conversion, separate from the house, and completely private with open-plan living. It has sensational views of Cranborne Chase and beyond. We are minutes away from the cathedral city of Salisbury, the racecourse and various picturesque local villages including Rockbourne, Broadchalke, Cranborne and Wilton. Just 30 minutes takes you to Stonehenge and the New Forest. There are excellent walks nearby. The space The Bothy in an annexe to our famhouse, a separate, converted flint barn building. The accommodation comprises of a spacious open-plan living area downstairs with kitchen area with dining table and a seating area, it has beautiful views, underfloor heating and a television. Upstairs there is a cosy sitting room area, bedroom with king-sized bed and bathroom. Outside the French doors there is a private terrace area with a table and chairs to enjoy the view. Surrounding that is several acres of our garden. A hedge and flower bed surround the private terrace, you are welcome to enjoy the rest of the garden, which has a fenced perimeter, but the terrace is not securely fenced in itself. There is ample off-road parking right outside the property.
