The space Your studio condo has everything you need for your stay in a cozy 300 sq ft ocean front complex. It is complete with a smart tv with spectrum cable, leather recliner, table with two chairs, couch, queen bed, black out curtains, curtain to separate the bed from the living space, full mini kitchen, bathroom with shower, full length mirror, extra hooks for wet towels, coffee bar, beach items and more! (see list below) Ocean Sands complex is smoke-free, which means any smoking has to be done on the beach or the public sidewalk beside the road. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping inside your condo. Your condo has a wall mounted A/C and heat unit that you control. You are in a first-floor condo that is part of a motel converted to condos. You do not have a beach view. We do not have any security cameras on our condo unit, but there may be some on the property. Swim in the pool or ocean and do other activities on the premises at your own risk. Guest access Outside of your unit is a shared pool, lounge chairs, pool bathrooms, two gazebo, boardwalks to the beach, outdoor shower, a lawn with picnic tables, charcoal grills, a fish cleaning station, pay per load laundry room and free monitored parking. There is also an Oceanview from the gazebo with seating that leads to the ocean or on a windy day you can sit on the second floor balcony. Your cleaner's clean the unit well in-between each guest and a pest control company treats the building and inspects it monthly. Pool Schedule: Opens around Easter and closes around 2nd week of Oct (subject to change based on weather or unpredictable maintenance issues). One parking pass is provided and must be used at all times. (There is a $250 fee for parking passes that are lost or not returned at the completion of your rental period.) No boats, trailers, R.V.s or Camper's can be parked at this location. Only those booking the Condo are allowed on the premises, no additional guests can visit. No pets of any kind are allowed in this unit because the unit's owner has medically listed asthma and allergies. (Other unit owners may have pets.)
