Hatch Sicogon is a brand new hotel with 24 bungalow type rooms situated in Sicogon Island Tourism Estate. The hotel sits at a beachfront location, where guests have direct access to the San Fernando beach. Here, guests will be treated to beautiful, expansive sea views with surrounding islands in the horizon. The space Our lovely Deluxe Twin rooms have a beach view roughly 25 m2. We have an ac, hot water shower, at the moment we are still working on our wifi connection. Our hotel is only run by a gen set and there are times we turn off the gen set during the day. We have a restaurant at the hotel where you can order breakfast, lunch and dinner. We organize a monthly full moon event with international guest DJs. For kite safaris and island hopping, we can organize them for you as well. Guest access Sicogon used to be the "in" place for the VIPs in the 70's and 80's. The entire island was recently acquired by the Ayala Group and is now developing the entire island as a travel destination complete with it's own airstrip. There are direct flights via Air Swift from Manila 2x a week and currently 2 operational hotels, Huni and Hatch. This is indeed a kitesurfer and seafood enthusiast’s paradise. Few of the must see are the turquoise water of the Tumaquin Island, other activities include trekking up Mount Opao which has magnificent views or island hopping at Islas de Gigantes which is about an hour away by boat ( like kiting at Seco ). Other things to note Direct flights from Manila to Sicogon and vice versa will be available every Friday and Monday starting December 16 via AirSWIFT Airlines. BY COMMUTE: If you are coming from Roxas City Airport, you can take a taxi or tricycle in your way to bus terminal in Pueblo de Panay. From there, take a bus/van bound for Carles. From Carles Bus Terminal, take a tricycle going to Sicogon Island. Alternatively, if you are coming from Iloilo City International Airport, you can take a taxi to Tagbak terminal in Jaro, Iloilo. From the terminal, ride on a bus/van bound for Carles. You may also take buses bound for Balasan or Estancia, but the tricycle ride to the resort will take a few minutes longer than from the Carles terminal. Then take a tricycle to Sicogon Island. BY CAR: Navigate with Waze or GMaps and set your destination to “Sicogon Island” in Carles, Iloilo. Parking space is available. Please note that we turn off the genset from 6am-6pm
