Beautiful apartment in a residential area of Lloret de Mar, located about 70 meters from Fenals beach. Close to all amenities, very quiet area, ideal for resting. Sleeps 4 guests, air conditioning, community pool. Unfortunately, groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed in this accommodation. The space The apartment has two double bedrooms, one of them with access to a terrace, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a living room with access to a large terrace overlooking the pool, a full bathroom with a bathtub, air conditioning with a heat pump in the living room, a large terrace, and Wi-Fi. Guest access Community pool. Other things to note There is the possibility of parking , it must be booked in advance , the price is 15€ per day that will be paid upon arrival at the accommodation. The parking is located in another adjoining finca, about 30 meters. Check-in time is from 4pm to 9pm, you can only check in outside of this time from 10 pm to 24 pm. At an additional cost of €50 that will be paid upon removal of the keys. If you do not arrive in this time slot, you will not be able to check in until the next day after 9am. Sheets and towels included in the price, one set per guest and per stay. Crib can be provided for €20 per stay. Upon arrival, the applicable tourist tax of €1.75 per guest over 16 years of age must be paid in cash for the first 7 nights.
