The space Our home is just a 10 minute walk to the University of Oregon, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight Arena, Hendricks park, 10+ local eateries/pubs/ice cream, a grocery store and quirky Hiron's Drug (and more!) Store. Enjoy our private backyard and air-conditioned comfort in a premiere neighborhood! This lovely, well-maintained home has three bedrooms and sleeps six. There is a heat pump that keeps you cool in the summer and cozy in the cooler months. The main floor primary bedroom has a king bed, room darkening curtains, TV, and sliding door opening to the deck/backyard. The bathroom is newly remodeled with double sinks, step in shower with subway tiles, and heated floor. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed and the other has one twin bed. There is also a convenient half bath upstairs. The updated main floor has a spacious open concept living room/eat in kitchen that features hardwood floors and a gas fireplace. Whether you like to cook or simply have morning coffee, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. For a quiet space, enjoy the front sitting room with a special kids' nook. After a day of adventures, relax outside among the tall trees. You can enjoy dining in the private backyard and beautiful garden featuring a flagstone patio. Depending on the season, you are welcome to pick blueberries, pears, or apples. If you enjoy front porch sitting this is the place for you! Our home is on a tree-lined street in a premiere residential neighborhood. Our guests are happy, and we are pleased to welcome many back for repeat stays. Garage access is for laundry and storage of smaller items like bikes. Cars will not fit inside the garage. Please plan to park your cars (up to 2) in the driveway. Other things to note This home is on a quiet, largely owner-occupied, residential street, and part of the University of Oregon parking district. On-street parking is limited to two hours and if noise ordinances are violated, neighbors may call the Eugene Police Department Party Patrol. If you park with your vehicle over the sidewalk you may get a parking ticket. Must be 25 years or older to book. For stays 28 nights long or longer mid-stay cleanings by one of our professional cleaning staff are available at an hourly rate. Garage use is for storage of bikes and smaller items only. No cars will fit inside the garage.
