In Gold Country

Cozy private space to relax in and take a nice break from all the outdoor fun. Complimentary Wine, Craft Beer, coffee, and other beverages. The dining table overlooks the pine forest, there’s a lounge room with a large comfy sectional couch and a vinyl record player with records to enjoy! Fire TV in the bedroom set up for streaming, and a DVD player. Satellite WiFi works well but occasionally glitches. Has been fine for guests working remote, but most are enjoying events or the outdoors:) The space The space is a cute little private unit that’s connected to the main house we live in but it has its own kitchen, bathroom, patio and separate entrance with a coded door for easy coming and going. There is an unobstructed view of the peaceful pine tree forest, where you will likely see deer walking through for a graze. The house is easily found and accessible, within a handful of miles to alpine lakes, swimming, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, golfing, horseback riding and more! In the winter time there is access to some of the most beautiful Snowshoeing and Cross Country skiing in all of Tahoe. Away from the crowds, you will find a peacefulness from the hustle of city life that the popularity of Tahoe cannot offer. There are a few great places in town to eat or get take out. The historic town of Graeagle is within 15 minutes and has more food, cute shops and a beautiful large pond/park area to relax by, fish or let the kids play. One of the local breweries, The Brewing Lair, has a fantastic and expansive outdoor play/bbq area including a fire pit and a 9 hole frisbee golf course! The list goes on and on! This is a true hidden gem, we’re happy to chat anytime about our favorite things to do:) Guest access Guests have their own back patio to enjoy with a bistro set and LED lit umbrella. It is clearly separated but slightly connects to the main house back patio, which has decorative lights and a bbq we are happy to roll over for guest use upon request. Other things to note Sofa bed is a six piece sectional that fits together nicely for a cozy large sleep option.
