Adjacent to a barn, this house is located in the immediate vicinity of the Chez Antoine cottage (63G1514). The two cottages can also be rented together under the reference 63G1520, for groups or extended families. The cottage consists on the ground floor: - A 40 m² living room with dining room, living room and open kitchen - A bathroom with toilet - A shed 1st floor: - A mezzanine - A bedroom with a 140 bed - One bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bunk bed (the top bed is forbidden for children under 6 years old) Outside, a small, unfenced area welcomes you with a table, chairs, and a plancha for enjoying the sunny days. A motorcycle garage is available in the adjoining barn, and heating is included. Nearby you'll find the Puy de Dôme and the Chaîne des Puys, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the city of Clermont-Ferrand and its many attractions, and the Monts du Sancy, a prime playground for hiking, skiing, and water activities on the lakes. Heritage enthusiasts will not miss the picturesque villages and their beautiful Romanesque churches, such as the basilicas of Orcival and Saint-Nectaire. Shops and services are located in Olby (2.4 km) and Rochefort-Montagne (10 km).
