The space Condo Island Inn is a gulf front friendly resort located right on tranquil Treasure Island Beach within walking distance of all other beaches, parks, shopping, and restaurants. A private balcony overlooking your private resort beach and the Gulf of Mexico awaits you. Take in the sunset from your private room where you can relax in your queen size bed, pull-out full size sofa bed, as well as a single fold up cot. A combination living/dining area complete with table/chairs and a full-size kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, double cooktop , dinnerware, pots, pans and cooking utensils to provide you and your family with all of the comforts and conveniences of home. Beach towels and bath towels provided. With beautiful furnishings and art to surround you, we take pride in our newly renovated fourth floor room. You are steps away from dining, ice cream, shopping, and water sports. John's Pass Fishing Village, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach are all close by as well. Enjoy watching the sunset from your balcony or taking in the view of the inter-coastal opposite. Guest access You will have access to all resort amenities including the heated pool that overlooks the gulf, rentable cabanas, BBQ grills, tables, sand volleyball courts, lounge chairs, tiki bar, and a tropical courtyard all within the view of the gulf. (Pool towels also available for use by guest, and are stored in the condo). Parking Parking can be used in a large lot across the street or unmarked space on resort when available (one parking pass per rental) Check in You will check in and check out at the front desk where you will pick up your key card. Extras Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and extra toiletries are available for your use as well as a Keurig machine with a variety pods to chose from. There is also and electric kettle in the kitchen. Hair dryer and steamer are available for use as well. You can find the luggage rack and cot in the closet. **Please feel free to notify me if you would like the cot set up prior to your arrival. ** We ask that you refrain from smoking and vaping inside as well as in balcony. Although we love pets, we ask that none stay in case of allergies and sensitivities of future guests. Guest access In addition to your condo and balcony, there is a pool and bar area. Also provided is a place to grill, tables to eat, and a volleyball court. There are also Cabanas to rent on the beach.
