Excellent high standard house 7 bedrooms, 3 suites, located in Loteamento Guarajuba 2nd stage, which is on the opposite side of Guarajuba Beach (1km). It is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and rest away from the condominiums. Its distance to Salvador International Airport is 45.4 km. 2. Without a doubt, the strong point of Casa Kailua is the outdoor area, a delicious 9m pool with hydro, a beautiful garden and a gourmet area equipped with barbecue, beer, freezer, smart TV, three tables for people to settle in, many other amenities that can be seen by the photos. 3.1 The composition of the quarters is like this: The house comprises of it this way: - Bedrooms on the ground floor: Suite 1: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, bedside table, blackout curtain and closet; Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, bedside table, blackout curtain and closet; Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, clothing macaw, fan and blackout curtain. - Upstairs bedrooms: Suite 1: 1 queen double bed, split air-conditioning, home office desk and chair, bedside tables and closet; Suite 2: 1 double bed, extra mattress (if necessary!), split air-conditioning, cabinet, desk and chair for home office; Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, bedside table and blackout curtain; Bedroom 4: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, bedside table, blackout curtain and closet. 3.
