Room inserted in the Lemon Garden Living Residence located in the heart of Campo Pequeno. A century-old building, recently renovated, maintaining its old design but with a modern touch. The building consists of three floors, a private garden, living rooms, pantry, kitchen and outdoor pool for our guests to use. All rooms are filled with natural light in a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. The space A fully remodeled building, consisting of 3 floors in which access to each floor is made through a personal code for greater security and convenience. We have 2 living rooms with TV and box, 2 dining rooms, a pantry with coffee, tea, fresh fruit, filtered water, homemade cakes and soft drinks. The kitchen is large and consists of 1 gas stove, 2 electric hotplates, 1 Thermomix, 3 sinks, 2 microwaves, a toaster and all the necessary cooking utensils. Each room has its own mini-fridge and a cabinet in the kitchen. We always make salt, sugar, olive oil, cooking oil and condiments available to the guest. We have an outdoor garden of 200m2 filled with our terrace, sofas, our lemon tree and swimming pool. Guest access Guests will have access to all common areas, such as living rooms, dining room, large kitchen, pantry, laundry, garden and swimming pool. Access to the residence is made through a code on the main door of the building for convenience and security. Each floor has a digital lock with a code corresponding to each guest. The building is monitored by security cameras, both in the interior common areas and outside. Other things to note Our accommodation is family-friendly and quiet, with daily cleaning of common areas. Our Tom is responsible for the accommodation and lives in it. During the day, you can always find him if you need help. After your working hours and weekends, of course, you will always have his support in case of an emergency. We consider each guest a member of our family and we make a point of always inserting our guest into the routines of the city, promoting lunches, dinners, brunches or activities together with other guests.
