Guests are only allowed to smoke on the balcony. Weed smoking, loud noise and loud music are strictly prohibited. In addition the apartment takes a maximum of 2 guests at a time only. I undertake regular housekeeping and also maintenance, my team will knock before accessing the apartment, if they don't get any response then they access with a key to carry out cleaning and maintenance.
