A fully equipped kitchen provides guests a dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee maker, washing machine, microwave and a toaster. The space This is a newly renovated ground-floor apartment in a Houseman-style building. The Apartment is ideal for 2 or 3 with its main bedroom and sofa bed. The Apartment has a maximum capacity of 3 if the sofa bed is shared, although we think this is a squash. • All bed linens and towels are provided with your booking. • The tastefully decorated main bedroom has a 140x200 double bed, chest of draws and hanging( hangers provided) • There is plenty of seating, a dining table and chairs for 4, and Sofa Bed (130x190). • A fully equipped kitchen, including , oven, hob, coffee maker, toaster dishwasher, microwave and dining table (extends to 4) • Free WiFi though out, HD smart TV (Netflix, etc you will need your own log in for any service) games and books. • A fully equipped shower room, and we provide shower gel, soap and toilet rolls. • For guests using the sofa bed, Linens and bedding are stored in a large box under the TV box. For cloths there are storage and hanging in the alcove. • Free parking is directly outside the Apartment from November 1st to March 31st. • There following are also included; clothes dryer, Iron, Ironing board, vacuum and cleaning products. You will be close to all the amenities Luchon offers in our Apartment. The park and Luchon Thermal baths are across the road, the ski gondola 600m from the front door and the restaurants, shops and cinema are only 5 minutes away on Allée D’Etigny (Luchon’s High Street). If you are after a holiday full of activities, Luchon has lots to offer there, too! It is the perfect location for skiing, cycling, hiking, fishing, golf, tennis, and horse riding, to list a few. An entirely car-free holiday is possible if you want! After a booking, you will be sent the lock box code giving access to the Apartment and Cave. Guest access The whole apartment Other things to note The building is opposite the Luchon Thermes and whilst this is a blue zone ( restricted to 2 hours 30 minutes from 31 March to 1 November) there is free parking on Av du Dr Lambron about 1 minutes walk from the apartment, alternatively on there is always parking on Bd Dr Estradere which is 5 minutes away.
