Please note: common areas, including the bathroom, living room, outdoor chairs, and workspace, may be shared with another guest depending on occupancy. This rate is for a private room, not the entire suite. A desk and chair are provided for remote work. Kitchen use upstairs is limited to monthly stays. Guest access Your area includes a semi-private bathroom (shared with one other Airbnb guest, depending on occupancy) and a common living room area. The outdoor space is shared with other guests and the owners. Other things to note Your private room area has a separate entrance from the main house. Please note our home is upstairs, so some floorboard noise may occur (built 1965). We respect quiet hours (11 PM - 6 AM). Street parking is available out front or by the blue shed (alley access). For fan lights, pull the cord to cycle through 3 light settings. The grey lamp turns on/off by touch or switch, with adjustable brightness. Kindly turn the AC off when not in use.
