Welcome to your luxurious BnB in Broad Ripple: an arts district suburb of Indianapolis. You're less than 5 minutes from the main strip of town, yet the backyard is 99 acres of forest with trails leading to a beach of the White River. Between local music venues, indie coffee shops, and unique restaurants; you're sure to find your niche here! Check out the farmer’s market (even in winter!) every Saturday, and 50-mile Monon rail-trail for biking and running with plenty of local shops on the way! The space You'll enter your home into your formal living room with 65" Smart TV, custom velvet sofa, and 2 cozy chairs. Walk just a few steps to the beautiful dining room with a crystal chandelier and seating for 6! If you walk out the sliding glass door, you'll find a small patio set with seating for 4 with a nice view of the woods. The kitchen is fully stocked with a standard fridge, electric oven/stove, and everything you need to cook to your hearts content! When you look out the windows you'll have a beautiful view of the Marott Woods! ***Up the flight of stairs*** are your three bedrooms- The master bedroom is spacious with a pillow top King bed, giant floor mirror and cozy over-sized chair. Clothing storage: closet & stand up dresser. The second bedroom overlooks the woods with a Queen size pillow-top bed, vintage vanity, and couch to relax on. Clothing storage: closet & multi-drawer vanity. The third bedroom has two twin beds with a small dresser with smart TV. All of the bedrooms have fresh white linens, and velvet room darkening curtains (not black-out) to help you sleep soundly. Included in each of your rooms are ceiling fans, lamps, white noise machines, and chargers for your devices. Your full bathroom contains a stand up shower bathtub combo. Plush bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, make-up towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are stocked with every single stay. We have a full unfinished basement that has washer and dryer included!! Guest access You will have self-entry access to the home and backyard as well as access to a walking trail just a few yards from the property. Other things to note This is a townhouse with cinder block soundproofing between the units. There are ~no~ shared spaces with the other side of the home! You may hear traffic or night life, mainly over the weekends-but that goes for any stay in Broad Ripple!
