Other things to note Some things to be aware of: -If you have any questions about our cabin, the dates available, prices, or you need to change your reservations, please don't hesitate to reach out! You can send an inquiry or message through the Airbnb messaging system. We offer discounts for week long stays! We're always willing to work with you and be flexible :) -Faun Lake is considered a gated RV/camper community. Our cabin is technically considered a stationary park model RV. It does have wheels and a hitch, but it was built with the intent to be placed on a piece of land and stay there indefinitely. -The cabin is around 400sq.ft. total and the bedrooms are between 60-75sqft. Inside has been renovated to feel more like a tiny house or small cottage. It's small, but cozy and comfortable. There is also a large partially covered/screened in deck on the back. When the weather is nice, this doubles the size of the space available! There are two large dining tables and other seating available outside on the deck. -The swimming pool is fabulous! It's heated and has a beautiful view of the lake! There is however an adult-only swimming time from 3pm-4pm each day. So if you have children, please be aware of that. The lake/beach swimming area is small and may be best suited for children. -If it's warm, we have a mini-split wall unit for A/C that can easily be turned on and adjusted to a comfortable temperature. There are also ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room. -If it's cold, our mini-split wall unit can be switched to heat mode and adjusted to your level of comfort. There are also small electric space heaters available in each bedroom closet and extra cozy blankets. We do ask that you remove your shoes before entering the cabin, so please make sure to pack cozy socks/slippers for indoor use. -Our hot water tank is very small. So this means that the hot water gets very hot and it doesn't last super long. It's usually long enough for one shower. If you'd like longer or multiple showers in a row, the community center has very nice showering facilities in the downstairs bathrooms adjacent to the pool. Sometimes we shower there after using the pool because it's more convenient. -This area is rural, so cell service can be spotty, depending on your service carrier. We do have Wifi internet access available that can be easily accessed. -There is a shared laundry facility on camp that has a number of coin operated washers and dryers. We have provided laundry bags and laundry detergent if you would like to launder anything during your stay.
