Property secured by outdoor door camera as well as outdoor camera in front of property. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the interior and exterior. Other things to note Long term stays beyond one week will involve additional cleaning charges and will be based on length of stay and condition the house is left in. One week or less stay will be charged $150.00. Each additional week of stay will charged an additional $50.00 per week. Living area has a sunken area room entrance with two steps which may not be easily accessible by wheel chair.
