Haven on the Hill

Guests will have exclusive access to the main floor of this vacation property (hosts reside in a private apartment on the lower level) Situated on the breathtaking south shore of Prince Edward Island, this home is conveniently situated between the city centers of Charlottetown and Summerside. Seasonal attractions include proximity to Provincial Parks (featuring free beaches), several golf courses and other popular points of interest, all just a short drive away. The space Open concept design with lots of comfy seating for watching TV/movies, playing board games (some provided), or reading something from the small library collection. The three bedrooms are easily accessible from the main area. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, private 3pc bath, large walk-in closet and garden door access to the front deck. Second bedroom offers a queen bed and access to the front deck via garden door. The third bedroom is equipped with two double beds, accommodating either 2 or 4 guests. Additionally, guests in these rooms have access to another full bathroom located off the main living area. Guest access Along with private access to the entire main floor, guests also have shared access to a workout space and laundry facilities (lower level), fire pit and hot tub with priority always given to our guests! Other things to note The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and dinner ware - everything you need (minus the food - we do ask for guests to not cook seafood in the rental or use strong spices in food prep) We do have a fur baby…Bo, is a British short hair (cat) who lives in the apartment with us. She is an indoor cat and tends to stay close, but has been known to occasionally make her way upstairs to sit at the back door. She does not have access to the guest rental.
