We accept small well behaved dogs!l The space The private entrance to the property is accessed down a flight of stone steps, with hand rail and lighting. There is a light and airy lounge area overlooking the fields behind. A two seater settee, footstool and an armchair provide plenty of relaxing space for two people. With 42” flatscreen tv, Netflix, Amazon and streaming channels, well stocked bookcase and board games. Full kitchen with cooker, hob, extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster and cafetière. Small breakfast bar for two people. Shower room with large walk-in electric shower, toilet, sink and cabinet. Dining area for two people with notice board showing information from local area , maps, coat hooks, bench and tall mirror. Double bedroom with wardrobes, chest of drawers, lighting to both sides of bed. Outside there is a private patio overlooking the fields and private football pitch to the rear, with stone steps down to the main garden with further seating. The main garden is for your use, but is also used on occasion by the hosts. Guest access The Bolthole is a private self contained property. It is part of the main house, but with a separate entrance. The patio directly outside the apartment is for your sole use. Other things to note Please note, The Bolthole is accessed by steps and there are two steps into the entrance door. There is a small step between the two living areas. We would advise it is not suitable for those with mobility issues or small children. To the rear of the garden there are privately owned football and cricket pitches which have occasional matches on.
