Modern, open-plan 2 bedroom house

Our loving home is in a perfect location: a 5 minute walk to Raynes Park train station with very regular direct trains to Central London, and a 25 minute walk or 4 min train to Wimbledon. We have a fantastic open plan kitchen with bi-fold doors to the garden - great for relaxing and having everyone together. With 2 bathrooms and bedrooms (one of which is a sofa bed), it is easy for couples & young families to enjoy. We have had so many special memories here and are excited for others to enjoy! The space We have a large open plan kitchen and dining area with a sofa, dining table, kitchen island, smart tv. Our kitchen opens onto our large garden which includes a BBQ and garden furniture. We have a main master bedroom upstairs with a king size bed. We have a secondary living room with a sofa bed which can sleep 2 people, another smart tv, and a large desk area which is good for any working from home requirements. Just to note, 2 large people on the sofa bed may be a bit of a squeeze. It is ideally suited for 2 children, 1 adult, or 2 smaller adults. Located on the ground floor, we have a main bathroom with a bath/shower and a secondary bathroom toilet. Sky (inc all channels), Netflix, Prime are included on both TVs. Wimbledon Common and the fabulous Wimbledon Village are all within walking distance with some great restaurants and shops. Raynes Park also has a great set of cafes & restaurants and a pub all within a few minutes walk. Guest access everywhere apart from one small bedroom which is locked Other things to note We have good Wi-Fi throughout as well as weights for any exercise. Our house is well loved and so you will find all kitchen items you may need. Free parking is located about 4 minutes walk away
