Exclusive use of the house in the town center

If you are looking for a place to relax, away from stress and tourist crowds, our house, at the gates of the Val Calanca Park, is perfect. Located in the center of Arvigo, 3 minutes from the bus stop, tranquility reigns and you will feel like you have gone back in time. All this without giving up the small comforts of modern life. Whether you are a couple, a family or a group of friends who love mountain trips, you will surely feel at home here. The space You will have the entire building, recently renovated, at your disposal, without having to share it with other groups, regardless of the number of people (there is only one group of guests at a time). On the ground floor there is the anteroom, a kitchen (with cooking area, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and Nespresso capsule coffee machines) and a living room with television. On the mezzanine floor is the bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and on the top floor, there is a large room that can be used as a third bedroom or second living room. To move from one floor to another, it is necessary to use the stairs (ramps and elevators are not available). Outside, on the other side of the street from the entrance and in front of an old barn, there is a small lawn available to guests. To access the house from the town hall square, you need to walk up a staircase. Guest access The kitchen and living room on the ground floor and the attic on the top floor are available to guests at no extra cost and regardless of the size of the group. Other things to note The fee of 3 CHF per person per night will be payable on site, separately from the AirBnB rate (in cash or via TWINT). Heating in cold periods is available upon request with an additional daily fee to be paid at check-out. Wi-Fi signal available in all rooms. In the living room on the ground floor and in the attic room there is a TV with over 300 channels in various languages. The building is not directly accessible by car. It is possible to park briefly in the square in front of the town hall, but only for loading and unloading. Free public parking is available 200 m further north on the main road. The Germinia restaurant is 2 minutes away and the cable car that leads to the 1300 meters of Braggio is 5 minutes away. It is advisable to buy the necessary groceries before entering Val Calanca, as the availability of shops in the valley is very limited.
