The newly refurbished holiday home dates back to 1908 but is fitted with all the modern amenities, including underfloor heating on the ground floor, Smart TV with access to Netflix and other steaming services and a keyless smart door lock for convenient access. The space KITCHEN: The kitchen is fitted with a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster. For coffee lovers there is a cafetiere and complimentary coffee, tea and sugar. LIVING AREA: The lounge includes a dining table and a sofa along with a number of games and books for cozy nights in. BEDROOM: A good-sized bedroom with a king size bed, full length mirror, hairdryer and an exposed hanging rail with hangers. DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM: Fitted with bath and overhead shower, his & hers sinks, bath and hand towels, shaving plug and complementary shampoo, conditioner, and shower cream. OUTSIDE SPACE: The garden includes a landscaped turfed area and stone patio, as well as a BBQ, dining table and seating areas. Guest access All
