Corn Villa

It is a villa located in the Vale de Milho Golf development, a very calm and secluded area where we can enjoy peace and quiet listening to the birds singing. The villa has a sea view and is surrounded by a wonderful garden. The main attraction is the swimming pool! The Villa has a large parking lot, as well as a barbecue area near the pool, and it is a house where the sun shines early in the morning. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and offers everything in terms of sheets and towels The space What to expect from the house: When you enter, you will be greeted by a welcoming atmosphere. On the right is a small bathroom and on the left the fully equipped kitchen including washing machine! Moving on, the dining room opens up with a table for six people and, soon after, the living room — a comfortable space with a Smart TV with international channels and radio and some books to relax, Wi-Fi available! The house also has a suite with full bathroom, with bathtub and shower, and 2 more bedrooms ,ensuring all the comfort during the stay. Outside, you can enjoy a private pool, a garden full of trees and flowers that surround the house and free parking. It is the perfect place to rest and enjoy special moments at any time of the year. The nearest beach is only 15 minutes walking. It is a protected bay surrounded by impressive sandstone cliffs. By boat rides around the caves and caves depart daily from the beach and offer a number of other activities such as pedal rentals, kayak rentals, wakeboarding and more. Located on the beach is the O Stop restaurant/ snack bar, which can serve as an elegant restaurant for an evening meal or somewhere to snack. There are a few other restaurants within walking distance of the village. The city center of Carvoeiro is just a few minutes away by car/taxi. Carvoeiro itself is a charming, family-friendly city. During the summer months (June – September), a stage is erected in the square and live music is played every night. Tourist Tax Note that on April 13, 2024, a new law was passed approving a new tourist tax (Municipal Tourist Tax of Lagoa). All guests aged 13 and over are required to pay this tax. The value is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a limit of 7 nights on the tax. Only a few areas are reserved for personal use: two outdoor pantries next to the kitchen, and a small closet for storing bed linens and towels. Otherwise, the entire villa is available for you to make the most of your stay. Other things to note The villa is available year-round, including the winter months (November, December and January). At that time, temperatures are colder: the house does not have air conditioning, but it has blankets, two portable heaters and a fireplace in the living room, we provide some firewood!
