Your urban retreat in Buenos Aires awaits The space The accommodation is 2 rooms for 2 people maximum. It measures 75 meters, has no balcony or terrace but has very large windows and is illuminated. The apartment is located on the first floor and you have to go up the stairs. The apartment is facing the street (please note that it is not 100% quiet) SMOKING IS PROHIBITED It has cold/heat air conditioning in the dining room and in the room, it is fully equipped to have a comfortable stay. There is no washing machine, the building has no parking or amenities. The accommodation includes: 1 set of towels for each person, sheets that would already be placed on the bed. (If you are staying with babies or children, you must bring your own towels as we only offer 2 towels per stay) IMPORTANT: Always ask if the apartment has something that is very important to you, for example: a specific appliance, hairdryer, iron, etc. We DO NOT buy anything at the request of guests, what is offered is what is stated in the ad. The TV has no national channels, only YouTube, Netflix and other apps There is no crib, or anything related to accommodate babies. There is no hairdryer or iron (but it could be obtained, ask in advance) *FOR LONG STAYS * Cleaning during the stay and the washing of sheets and towels ARE ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS that the guest must make if requested!
